The eurammon symposium will be held online again this year. The event provides important information on current developments and applications of natural refrigerants.
Talks will discuss solutions for heating and cooling applications, and case studies . "Interest in the use of natural refrigerants is growing across an ever increasing range of applications. This year’s eurammon Symposium addresses this interest from current regulatory and technological developments to applications and case studies," says Ákos Murin, chairman of the Steering Committee of eurammon e.V.
Three keynotes on the first day will set the scene including a presentation on a project that is investigating energy use and greenhouse gas emissions from the transport, industrial and commercial refrigeration sectors in the UK from Catarina Marques (TICR). A second lecture will deal with the evolution of CO2 refrigeration technology during the last two decades. The third keynote will be about an initiative for natural refrigeration engineering in the Middle East.
Day two will cover EU policy and regulation updates.
The remaining days the focus will be on new technologies and applications that are supporting the industry in the transition to a sustainable future with natural refrigeration engineering applications.
"With the online symposium, we are reaching out to a global audience interested in natural refrigerants," says Murin. "The symposium is a chance to learn, ask questions, and share knowledge. We look forward to many participants joining us from 26 to 30 June."
The event is now open for registration
